Prestigious Recognition: The Tamasha Annual Awards Gala is dedicated to recognizing exceptional contributions from residents, fundis, landlords, dealers, service providers, and estates.

Merit-Based Selection: Winners are selected based on objective criteria including loyalty points, service ratings, and verifiable performance metrics tracked through the Tamasha platform.

Valuable Prizes: Winners and runners-up receive all-expense-paid trips to exclusive destinations including the UAE, cash rewards, trophies, certificates, and national recognition.

Qualification Period: Activity from January 1 to November 30, 2026 will be considered for the inaugural awards ceremony in December 2026.

Resident of the Year

Eligibility: Tamasha-registered residents using the platform for at least 12 consecutive months.

How to Win: Accumulate loyalty points by making rent or service payments on time or in advance.

Top Prize: Awarded to the resident with the highest loyalty points by November 30, 2026.

Fundi of the Year

Eligibility: Registered Tamasha fundis with service ratings on the platform.

How to Win: Receive high ratings (4 stars and above) from customers after completing service requests.

Top Prize: Goes to the fundi with the highest number of top-rated reviews.

Landlord of the Year

Eligibility: Landlords whose tenants use Tamasha for rent payments for at least 12 consecutive months.

How to Win: Rated by tenants on responsiveness, property maintenance, and professionalism.

Top Prize: Awarded to the landlord with the highest average tenant rating.

Service Provider of the Year

Eligibility: Cleaners, security personnel, garbage collectors, estate agents, and other service providers registered on Tamasha.

How to Win: Based on performance ratings and reliability as recorded on the platform.

Dealer of the Year

Eligibility: Registered Tamasha sales dealers.

How to Win: Achieve the highest revenue contribution through new user sign-ups and transactions.

Estate of the Year

Eligibility: Estates registered on Tamasha for at least 12 months.

How to Win: Evaluated on governance, environmental care, inclusion, and resident ratings.

Prizes & Recognition

Winners and runners-up in each category will receive prestigious rewards and recognition.

Participation Rules & How to Join

Join us in honoring the outstanding contributors who make our communities thrive

Participation Rules

Mandatory Opt-In: Only participants who opt in and use Tamasha for 12 consecutive months qualify. Opt-out is available at any time.

Fair Play: All data (points, ratings, revenue) must be verifiable through Tamasha's system.

Cut-Off Date: Activity from January 1 to November 30, 2026, will be considered.

Verification: Results will be audited by the Tamasha Awards Committee. Judges' decisions are final.

Disqualification: Fraud, rating manipulation, or violation of Tamasha's terms will lead to disqualification.

Modifications: Tamasha reserves the right to adjust prizes or cancel the program without prior notice.
